TRACY TOMBARI
Founding Principal
Ms. Tombari is a seasoned real estate veteran and Texas Real Estate Broker with extensive experience spanning Commercial and Residential Real Estate Brokerage, Commercial Real Estate Finance, Investments, Corporate Structure, Acquisitions, Dispositions & Property Management.
Ms. Tombari graduated from Texas A&M University with a Master in Financial Management and Bachelor in Business Administration specializing in Accounting. She began her career working in finance at a Fortune 50 company and later spent nine years sourcing commercial debt and equity with a major international commercial real estate brokerage.
Ms. Tombari is active in CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women), CCIM, NAR (National Association of Realtors), TAR (Texas Association of Realtors), HAR (Houston Association of Realtors), and ABOR (Austin Board of Realtors).
TRACY PATTON
Acquisitions
Ms. Patton oversees accounting, compliance and acquisition activities. Prior to real estate, Ms. Patton worked in accounting for 6 years. She attended Texas A&M University where she earned Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Science in Accounting degrees.
